Can I install SUSE 10.0 CD1 and add CD2-CD5 later?

I posted this tread in another forum first, but now I realize that it belongs here. Sorry for the duplication.

Hi. I am new to Linux. I am downloading SUSE 10.0 CD1. Can I install that CD and start using linux, and later add stuff from the other CDs? Will Linux function well installing only the first CD? Is it easy to add stuff later from CD2-CD5 or I have to repeat the installation from the beginning? Thanks for your help!!!!!!!!!

Well... yes... Depending on what you want to do, and which software packages you want, I think you can just install the kernel and some packages from CD 1, and have a functional system. Functional, but very limitied. Depending on your uses, and reasons for wanting to use only one disk for noow though, you probably would be able to live with it.

Next time you start a thread in the wrong forum do not start a new one. Report it to the mods and they will move it to the right place.
