Angry can't change theme in kdm


I am having trouble changing theme in kdm. every time i change the theme i reboot the computer but the theme is still the same.

p.s. i am also having trouble changing the boot splash them. I use the splash command to change but when i reboot it always the same.

if you need my specs there at bottom of the thread

have you checked ~/.kde path?

Many times something might have gotten messed up there so you may have to rename .kde path to .kdebackup and then reboot to lose all your settings and then just try fixing your settings and see if it stays.
