Audio Editing and Video capture tools...

I have switched from Win98 to Suse 9.0 completely. ( too many issues with Win )

Now I need to get some good tools for Audio editing and Video streaming/Video capture and editing software in Linus ( Suse supported... )

Could anyone recommend..??

audacity for sound editing (there are others but audacity is pretty goldwave/sound forge like)

for video there's
cinelerra
lives
enlive
avidemux
cinepaint
and probably a few more besides

some of these come on the suse disks

check out http://rpm.pbone.net and use the search facility for others
