apache is not working

Hi,

i installed apache,php and mysql in suse 9.1 pro.
When i start apache using runlevel editor in yast.
it stops immediately.
refresh window shows this error:

/etc/init.d/apache2 status returned 3 (program is stopped):
Checking for httpd2: ..unused

please help.

Do you have any details in /var/log/apache2/ ?

thank god! its finally working

only after doing online updates....why i dont see anything in the log folder??

You may be looking in the wrong folder SuSE 9.1 pro normaly uses Apache 2.0 and the log file are found in
