A query regarding Modem Lights & Control Center ! ? ! ?

hi, guys, i came back on this forum with new queries and hope for you best and kind help.

Queries seem very minors when i see your previous capacity of solving the biggest problems. Any way............Problem is Problem..........

Infact, I am using SuSe 9.2 Professional. It is running absolutely fine but i need to know the following......

1. While working in KDE 3.3, how can get the Modem Lights (ppp0) connection on Task Bar.

2. While working in Gnome on SuSE 9.2 Pro., can i run the " Control Centre " of " KDE " , if , yes, then how ?

Plz. Help me to sort out mine small but very important queries.

Hope for you quick kind reply, guys.

Thanks

not sure about the modem lights...but if you want to run the kde control center in gnome, open a run command and type "kcontrol" and that should start it for you....
