Using CloneZilla for OpenSuse and XP disks...how do I include MBR?

I clone the two disks I have XP(hda-200GB) and Linux(hdb-80GB) monthly. Several times I've had to restore with CZ but the boot menu which I believe is installed on hda isnt restored with the disk. CZ has two modes: beginner and expert, I usually choose the expert which provides an option to "include mbr" in the backup...I make sure that option is chosen but the boot menu isnt restored along with the disk...thus, I'm forced into reinstalling grub or use the live cd to enter linux and reinstall via that means.

What am I doing wrong? Should I just choose beginner mode? If I restore Linux must I also restore XP to get the boot menu? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'd guess you could use beginner then and save the disk as an image.

They way your system boots would need to be known.
