Usin Suse iso's as channel source for Smart (as yast can)

How can I use the iso's for Suse 10.1 which are on my disk as a channel source for Smart, similar to what Yast allows where you select the local directory option and click iso ?

If not, if I unpack the iso's onto my disk can I use them as I can in Yast?

thanks,
