Hi everyone,
I recently formatted my Windows system, so my SUSE Linux Personal 9.1 Partition was deleted as well. So therefore, I reinstalled it. Everything went fine except for the fact that my modem isn't working. It worked before I formatted my system, so I'm sure that it will work if I knew how. My modem is a smlink modem, and I installed the drivers provided by SuSE. I changed the device to /dev/ttySL0, but still no luck. When I try to connect with "Dial-up" Program, it gives me this error in the log: "exit code:7". Before this message I recall that it stated that the modem cannot be found or something. I can't check now because I am on my Windows computer. If any of you need to know this information to solve my problem, please let me know.
Thank you all for you help!
