combining multiple CD's into a DVD (SUSE 10.3)

Unfortunately I had to download with a Windows Machine -- IE7 has a maximum file size for ownload of 4 GB so I couldn't download the DVD ISO. ( I don't know about firefox but this was on a corporate laptop where I couldn't install any software so I couldn't try it).

Now I've got 5 CD ISO's. Is there any way to conver these to a single BOOTABLE DVD.

SUSE documentation has improved drastically.
I appreciate their effort to equal sun's documentation.
