I am a newbie to the world of Linux.

I found "Studio 13.37 version 2.3" as I was looking out for a stable OS for the open source Music application "MuseScore version 2.0".

I would like to do a clean install of "Studio 13.37" on an older hardware system configuration - AMD Athlon XP 2000+ (32bit) processor + 1 GB DDR 266 Mhz RAM. Will I have a smooth experience under this configuration?

My main area of work is Music Notation, composing, playback of the score. This being the case, would I require additional graphic card, a sound card to get a better experience, or the existing on-motherboard graphic and audio chips should be fine?

Not yet, sorry. But it does have an earlier version... Probably update MuseScore when update to QT5.
