If you make tutorial videos you should not use music that is copyrighted. In Germany your video is not available due to a lack of publishing rights from SME.

Haha, yes, it's too bad about Germany.
But YouTube itself is ok with it:

I wouldn't be bothered about an ad, but making your videos unavailable to a whole country sounds not like a smart marketing decision to me.
