LV2 Fix

It turns out that copies of Studio 13.37 shipped after Dec. 30 2012 contained a bug in LV2 that interfered with LV2rack and Zynjacku. If that's you, please download this fix.

Just extract it, then click the included "lv2-fix" script.

This bug has been squashed and won't affect future shipments.
