VNC 4 on Solaris 9 (Sparc)

I am trying to compile Real VNC 4 on Solaris 9 with Sun hardware.

I am having problems building Xvnc. I am unclear on what I need to
install in that directory to do a make World. They are talking about
an X source directory that I need to download. Where and what should
I use?
