Unlocking an Account with Password Violations?

Hi there

I just want to know how to unlock or reset a user account's password after it has been SUSPENDED for password violations after too many login attempts?

One of my users had tried logging in after 3 attempts and it was given a suspended user account for password violations.

Is there a command I can do to unlock or reset that user's account?
