Ultra 10 - cant access/reset NVRAM

I just found an old good Ultra 10.
The problem is that cant connect to it via console.
I decided to plug monitor and keyboard but screen is still blank.

So the last thing to do, is to reset NVRAM with below procedure (STOP+N)
http://docs.sun.com/app/docs/doc/816...82ltort?a=view

However it didnt help - monitor screen is still blank.
Is there anything more I can try ?
