Sun solaris 8 training!

I am in the airforce and stationed in South Korea. I was recently asked to find a cost effective way to have approx 5-7 people trained in basic sysad functions in unix (we use sun solaris 8 for our classified networks).

I've been toying with the idea of hiring an independant contractor to come out and teach a week or so long seminar. Now we must assume that the people learning have minimal experience. This wants to be as indepth as possible however.

Anyone know of anybody that would be interested in doing this? We could arrange a decent financial compensation for the said services.

Anybody have any other suggestions?

If you can't find an actual person you could always find an online course to take most likely.
