You should use the Serial Management port to connect to the box. Use a RJ-45 cable, connect the one side to the Sunfire Serial Management port and use an adapter RJ-45 to serial, or RJ-45 to USB on the other side to connect to the pc running Hyperterminal.
The settings of the Hyperterminal serial port are 9600N81

I find that when using the serial port I have to use a crossover cable.

Thanks a lot I have got that Now I configure the basic thigs like network on the Server and server is up now .

Now how can I connect this server to Avocent autoview 2015(KVM switch) which port should I use from the Server as KVM Switch has only ethernet ports for server connectivity.

You need to check your user manual and installation guide for the KVM. Those aren't exactly ethernet ports, though they are RJ45. You need special cables from Avocent that plug in to the RJ45 and then split out to video, keyboard and mouse connectors on the other end. Those plug into the server.

You can see pictures here http://www.avocent.com/AV2015.aspx. Click on the tabs for product diagrams and product photos.

I found a download site for manuals that includes a model 2000 that looks pretty similar and should give you the idea here http://www.42u.com/kvm-switch-downloads-avocent.htm.
