submirrors not attaching during bootup

Hello Everyone, 1st time question. I have access to 2 systems (solaris 8 on an old netra 1125), one runs superb and the other has sub mirror problems. Not versed at mirroring disks, so just looking for some guidance.

1st difference during reboot:

One or more submirrors are not attached
Submirror d33 is not attached to mirror d73.

Tried metattach d73 d33, comes back d73: unit not setup

This suggests non existing meta devices, however via the format output and the metastat output, d73 seems well.

The only other output I currently have is from (bad site ):

extdsk1/d73: Mirror
Submirror 1: extdsk1/d43
State: Okay
Pass: 1
Read option: roundrobin (default)
Write option: parallel (default)
Size: 16496712 blocks

extdsk1/d43: Submirror of extdsk1/d73
State: Okay
Size: 16496712 blocks
Stripe 0:
Device Start Block Dbase State Hot Spare
c2t10d0s3 0 No Okay

The good site has the same as above with the addition at the bottom of:

extdsk1/d33: Submirror of extdsk1/d73
State: Okay
Size: 16496712 blocks
Stripe 0:
Device Start Block Dbase State Hot Spare
c1t2d0s3 0 No Okay

Any thoughts as I'm stumbling and learning from this? I was focusing on d73 itself, but maybe thoughts on d33?

Thanks,
Az1nick

Maybe you to give its fullname?
Code:
metattach extdsk1/d73 extdsk1/d33

Well, thanks for the input. After several reboots, it finally mounted. No conclusive reason as to why.
