I am running Solaris 10.

How do I reserve a static ip address of 10.196.10.55 to my PC with MAC address 0044765499D1 on DHCP network range 10.196.10.0?

That totally depends on what your DHCP server is and so is probably unrelated to Solaris unless you are running a dhcp server on another Solaris box.
