Sparc on Autoboot and Won't Boot

I installed Netbsd on a sparc and then later installed Openbsd for some reason i must have screwed up something in the install because now when ever i turn on the computer i get the "netbsd IEEE 1275 bootblock" error. Since the sparc is on autoboot i can't get back to openboot to boot a cdrom. Is there an auto booting cdrom or some way that will put me back in autoboot. I need help soon.

I got the answer on another forum. In case anyone else had this problem you can just hit Stop then A on a sun keyboard while it's initializing the memory.
