Sony DSC-P43 doesn't work

My old Sony DSC-P43 was working with Solaris 10 11/06 adding
attribute-override-list = "vid=0x54c pid=* rev=* subclass=ufi protocol=cb";
to scsa2usb.conf.

Now, adding the same line in Solaris Express Developer Edition 05/07, the following error is logged in /var/adm/messages and the camera is not mounted:
SCSI transport failed: reason 'timeout': retrying command
Googling was helpless. Any hint on how to troubleshoot this kind of problem?
