I pkgrm-ed SUNWmysql package that came with a vanilla solaris 10 installation. I now want to reinstall it but I can't find it on the hard drive. Where is it supposed to be? I see there are some packages in /var/sadm/pkg but MySQL is not there.
Where else are packages stored?
(I know I can use installation CDs/DVDs but I don't have them with me)

Well, what you're seeing there aren't installable packages, it's one of the package manager directory.
I'm sorry that if somebody didn't copy the installation medium to some of the disk you're using, you should get your CDs or your DVD and install from there. During Solaris installation, AFAIK, no copy of the Product directory is performed to the disk (and I wouldn't like it, either).
