smpatch update errors...

I just updated my solaris box, rebooted and now I receive the following error when I attempt to update the system again using smpatch update.

Any ideas?

What returns:
Code:

pkgchk -l -p  /usr/lib/cc-ccr/bin/ccr
?

It looks like a forbidden error. I've been looking around and I have the 119108-03 patch installed to go to Sun Update Connection. I am uninstalling it to see if I continue to get the notification.

Thanks for the help

an uninstall of the mentioned patch did nothing. However The error has changed:

TO:

Thanks

Did the patch back-out fixed the issue with /usr/lib/cc-ccr/bin/ccr ?

Have you a support subscription ?

Have a look too at:

the backout didn't fix ccr. ccr was a permissions issue. It appears that when the system was updated smpatch changed the permission on that file. It was no longer an executable. changing it back to an executable brought me to my current situation.

I may still have a bronze contract on this box, I'm not sure, If I do could I use that or do I need to buy a plan specifically for software updates?.
I definately have a service plan for another sun box. Could I use the same code for both, if possible, or do I have to buy separate plans for each machine?

Thanks for all your help

I'm not qualified to answer your last questions, you'd rather ask your Sun support representatives.

Thanks Jilliagre. You've been a lot of help over the past few months.
