should ipf.conf be for all users readable?

Hi!
I've just noticed that ipf.conf is readable for all users:
Quote:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1577 Aug 21 09:09 /etc/ipf/ipf.conf
That's the standart configuration beacause I didn't change the permission. Is it correct though? Or chould it only be chmod 700?

thanks.
