Regarding Buffer full for socket


Hi All,

Is there way to determine whether the socket to which one process is sending the data to another process is about to full or full now .. I mean is there any command to check that with the help of process ID but not coding perspective

You'd probably have to use DTrace to do this. Take a look at some of these DTrace scripts below and cross reference with the Solaris 10 kernel network tunables guide.

Sorry, I don't have a solution for you, just some things to research further.
