Printing Java Applet Applications?

Im running this online satelite tracking Java applet and I want to print it. Or, I tried to do a Cntrl + C and the Paste, but the paste button was not dark or was faded out in StarOffice wheI tried to paste it...

Is there any ay I can print a Jaca applet from CDE? Or, JDS will work OK too but I hate booting everywhere around to just to have things working...

thanks

Why are you cutting and pasting when you goal is simply to print ?

Did you simply try to print from your browser ?

If what you want is really a snapshot, this can be done with the command "sdtimage -snapshot".

IM trying to PRINT a Java Applte were you can track satrelites..from a browser....I cannot because the Applet is on another window...

Now this command "sdtimage -snapshot". what you gave me please explain how to do it...I just wanna print the Applet...Thats all, please explain how...Because I have to boot into Windows all the time in order to print...Sounds retarded in my opinion...

After doing the command..."sdtimage -snapshot" then whats next???

And heres what I mean..I want to print were the satlelite trackings are here:
http://science.nasa.gov/Realtime/jtr.../JTrack3D.html

And the reason I copy/paste and then past it inti StarOffice because that the way how it worked in Windows and then printing from there from StarOffice or PAINT which is better...

I cannot imagine anyone having trouble understanding the dead simple and self explanatory snapshot interface.

Did you try launching it and still do not understand ?

You can type that command anytime you like.
That doesn't matter.

you can either type the command "sdtimage -snap" or right-clicked on your desktop and go for Applications -> Snapshot and choose either 'window' or 'region' , probably 'region' is the one that you are looking for ...

//hope that i understood you question ...

after you snap that applet , save it as an image file to your favarioute folder and reopen it from inside Star Office(note :: i havent try that yet , but i believe it could be done by this method) ...

//oh frankly , i hate office documents of all sorts ...

//thats all i know but good luck to you ...

Please explain why are you carefully ignoring some of the questions you are asked to ?

Please explain why are you opening Star Office when all you want is printing ?

Please explain why do you need someone to tell you to open the "File" menu from the sdtimage application, then select one of the "Print" options, or just click "Control-P" to print the screenshot when everyone else just find it by themselves ?

Please explain why are you ignoring the meaning of "Help" when appearing in a user interface ?

Please explain why are you trolling this forum just to be spoon-fed ?
