Can someone give me the step by step on how to add a network printer in Solaris 10. I went to add printer in the gui, but I must be doing something wrong. I'm using the JAVA desktop interface.

Launch button, Preferences, System Preferences, Add/Remove printer. Accept "files" as your naming service.

Printer Menu, Add access to printer. Give it a name, put in the IP address.

Once that's done, if you want, you can go into Launch, Preferences, Printer Preferences and select the view menu, Select printers to show, and those will be the printers that show up in your print dialog box!
