Out Of Memory error in Iplanet Web Server


Hi,

As I am using iPlanet Web Server, Enterprise Edition 6.0, in which I frequently facing the problem of "Out of Memory", Can anybody explain how to resolve the same on permanent basis

And/or if the Out of Memory error is triggered by the JVM (JSPs, servlets), increase the maximum java heap size (-Xmx option).

Hi

Can you advise please in which file I have to change the setting. As I have checked with magnus.conf/obj.conf & server.xml, but not found any parameter related to that.

Please advise

You can set the JVM options from the administration console, otherwise you can directly edit the server.xml file.

Have a look at you release documentation for details.
