Not able to get user's Desktop In SSGD

Dear All,

Need your help in resolving an issue:-

We have a Solaris 10 server installed and running fine.
Also we have Linux server running Sun Secure Global Desktop software running on it. We are able to open Desktop of root of Linux Server through SSGD on Solaris Machine.

The problem comes when we try to get a normal user's desktop through the same software. This desktop never gets opened- instead the error appears on solaris machine as follows:-

Session failed:Transport not availble
ErrTransportNotAvailable
Script xxxx exited with code 21 and signal 0

Can some one guide to resolve the issue ??

Regards
rajesh.bahl

Hi rajesh.bahl,

I was just wondering, have you met all the following requirements:

How to Log In to SGD

JavaScript is enabled on your web browser

Java technology is enabled on your web browser

You have a user name and password for the SGD server. (On both SGD server & unix server)

You know the login URL for the SGD server.

I hope this is of help.

Jnike
