ls command modification/creation date with full century value

Ho to show Year value in the "creation/modification" time of a file/directory on a SunOS?

drwxr-xr-x 2 dm979d acs2tm2 512 Jan 31 13:34 test
SunOS does not seem to provide --full-time option to the ls command which is available on a Linux OS such as Red Hat and Fedora.

Any help, gurus?
