Little help with a problem
 
Hello,

Here is my problem in a nutshell... I need to install Websphere updates on Solaris 8, but the problem I don't have enough space on /var/tmp.. so I set the TMPDIR variable to different drive with enough space, however the Websphere installer still insisting on that directory.. how can solve this problem.

Mount another filesystem with enough space over /var/tmp. Use lofs if you haven't a full file system available.
