linux/solaris what is best filesystem for sharing

I am installing solaris 10 on my PC. I have mp3 and /home data on a reiser
partition on a disk (not my solaris disk)

From what I've googled and read on these fora, reiser is not good on solaris - so what filesystem would you recommend for
sharing data between linux and solaris (and maybe freebsd)?

I am lazy so would go for the easiest solution

There is no problem shuffling data as the disk is very large with lots of free space to play with.

If you want read/write support, then FAT is the easiest/simplest solution, as it is supported by all these OSes.
Solaris UFS is supported by Linux, but I'm not sure about write capability (if any) and reliability.

I recently compiled Linux 2.6.18-rc6 and UFS write support is marked as dangerous.

If you want to be on the bleeding edge, you may also have a look at the porting status of ZFS on both BSD and Linux.
