i want to create setup boot disk like i create in windows using rawrite.exe to create setup boot disk for linux and install it from hard drive /dev/hda10, so i also want to install solaris from hard drive

I don't understand what is the problem you are trying to fix.
Have you succeeded in installing Solaris on your disk ?
Is your PC unable to boot on CD-ROM ?
What do you mean by "install from hard-drive" ?
Btw, you won't be able to install Solaris on /dev/hda10, as it must be installed on a primary partition (hda1 to hda4).
like we copy windows cd to any partation and then run the setup to install it any time, in linux creating an *.iso images and boot from floppy disk & then defining path of *.iso directory, installation starts,
same way i wana install solaris.

OK, I got it now, but I don't think you can do it that way.
The closest manner I think of would be to set a boot (jumpstart) server and boot from network, that would be even without the need for a floppy disk (PXE boot).
