I apologize in advance gents ( & lady), but I have an incredibly stupid problem. I went to Sun, I filled out the account-ish thing, and I still cannot download the distro. "You are not a member", or "You do not have the juice", or "You do not know the secret handshake" type messages are all I get. Did I miss something? Anybody else have this problem? Or uh, (just thought of this) do I need to let it set a cookie? I don't believe it asked to, and while I don't usually allow cookies (thank you firebird, uh phoenix, uh firefox), I think I would have let Sun set one. I just don't think it came up.
Thank you in advance,
Haakon B. Dahl
BTW: Downloading/CD burning machine is a flawless* WinXP machine--is that a factor? It downloaded DSL no sweat, but that instance is not ready for prime-time.
