How to use Samba and access Windows ?
I am trying to access my windows laptop but it's troublesome. I use gnome and start samba with
# svcadm enable samba
and in the file explorer I click to the found networks. But then file explorer thinks for a while and reports:
"The folder contents could not be displayed.
Windows network: workgroup couldn't be found. Perhaps it has recently been deleted."
Other times I have succeeded to browse my Windows laptop. But I dont understand why it sometimes work, other times not. What am I doing wrong?
