Well, you could follow this the other way round:

First, decide which login manager you prefer: CDE or GDM. Then, enable it with the svcadm command:

Hi,

Mostly CDE comes as a default installation. Try this from shell:

svcadm enable svc:/application/graphical-login/cde-login:default
Log in graphically now.
