How to enable serial port by Hyper Terminal
 

I have a Sun Blade 100 which suddenly stopped to boot up today.
I want to use serial port to run POST. I have a RJ45 to Serial
port female adapter. I want to use Hyper Terminal to connect the rear serial port through the RJ45 to Serial port female adapter.

I detached keyboard and mouse and turn on the SB100. Then,
I opened hyper terminal but I does not get anything.

I woder how to enable the serial port through Hyper Teminal.

this is not related to solaris, it's a pure hardware question.
