Lightbulb how to edit boot menu and add new hardware?


first of all happy new year to all members of this forum.


I have installed solaris 10 on my pc in seperate hard drive. when I made fdisk by solaris I made 10 mb for somthing called x86 boot but I can't see my windows drive on start menu. is there any modification on solaris make my win partiotion appear.
the second q is how to add new device I mean how to add driver bc so many things on my pc solaris 10 can't recognize it. is there any web I can download drivers for solaris 10?? I have alot of q's but I think this is enough for now

The x86 boot partition is abandoned with Solaris 10 and no more used in the last Solaris 10 release 01/06 and in Solaris Express, which both use grub.
For your system, the boot menu should be somewhere in one of the /boot/solaris/*.rc files, probably bootenv.rc.

You should give more information about which devices are missing a driver.
