Unhappy gnome session log out

I'm having a very tricky issue with the logout over Gnome. I use Exceed to acces my server with gnome, Java Desktop System for Oracle Solaris. The problem is that when I click on the logout button, it takes several minutes to have the confirmation screen. It happens just in the first time. If i click Cancel, an then click again logout, the confirmation screen appears inmediatly.
I must logout and login again to have the same issue.
There is another case when i make logout over the terminal with the command <gnome-session-save --kill> this one always takes too long to have the confirmation screen.

Anybody could help me please!!!!
