Asrock ALiveNF7G experiences with Solaris?

Anyone have any experiences with Asrock ALiveNF7G-HDready?
Good, bad, performance, problems...

They claim a patended way of having 12½% memory performance - over what? The competition?

It's for an inexpensive mobo for a home server.
Power consumption and heat decipation is an issue.
Maybe 6-8GB needed for virtualizing.
Preferably a dualcore AMD.
Onboard non-gamespeed, non-power-hungry video needed.
Four SATA needed.
Firewire is needed.

Said board seems to match the bill.

A review at phoronix labelled it just fine.
