Questions:

1) Can Lichee Pi 4A run containers ? If yes, which ones (Docker, Podman, OpenVZ, KVM, etc.) ?
2) Which Languages work/have been tested on Lichee Pi 4A (Golang, Python, PHP, Javascript/node.js, Rust, etc.) ?

Everything is the same as for aarch64, lxc, lxd, docker (I work with lxc). kvm, openvz this is also possible, but very slow.

All the same languages as in slackware64, the languages you listed are present in slarm64 (riscv64)

This board is very efficient relative to the CPU.
