Need some compatible hardware brand names
 

I recently acquired an old pentium II on an asus motherboard. I need to replace the cards in the machine and to do so, I need to know some supported brand names so I don't go buying incompatible hardware for Slackware 9.1. I'm going to need a video card, a sound card, and an ethernet card.

Anyone got some good suggestions? I'm not looking for the best hardware around, nor the worst. Just something affordable and worthwhile.
