Kernel panic during install on Virtualbox

This is my fourth go round trying to install Slackware 13.37 from the DVD iso on Virtualbox 3.2.10_OSE (which I'm running in Debian), using the default boot option.

I've given it base memory of 256MB and just tried it again at 512 with the same results.

It gives me an error message "Kernel panic - not syncing" and a traceback (see image attached below).

Help! (And thanks!)

I have the exact same problem. Trying to install on a virtualbox to ready myself for installation on my laptop once I get a hard drive for it. Any help would be appreciated.
