kdoffice and kde errors

On install off cd's, i got errors stating these to packages had errors and couldnt be installed.... Is this normal??

First time using slackware. I was a fedora user before.

Will I be able to redownload/install after the system completes the rest of the install, assuming there is no more errors?

Its latest version 10.2 by the way
-edit
I reinstalled full intall. kde wont work. x wont work. Niether startx or startkde work. error says cant contact kdeinit. Im reinstalling one more time... may be back to fedora for me...lol. I really dont need x mostly. But use it once in a while.

It's possible the iso images you downloaded are faulty, have you checked that?
