HELLO IM USING RIGHT NOW BASIC LINUX DISTRO'S SUCH AS MK AND REDHAT,FEDORA, KNOPPIX. AND I THINK THE BEST THING FOR ME IS SLACKWARE...I USE LINUX FOR INTERNET AND GAMING USING POINT TO PLAY OR WINEX 3.3.1 FROM TRANSGAMING.COM AND I DONT GET THE DRIVERS INSTALLED AND SHIT LIKE THAT SO THE GAME LOOKS LIKE SHIT...NOW MY QUESTION IS THAT IS SLACK WARE FOR ME AND CAN ANYONE HELP ME INSTALL IT AS IN STEP BY STEP INSTALLATION ,......I NEED INSTALLATION INSTRUCTOIN LIKE TYPE THIS AND DO THAT THEN GET THAT ......IM A NEWBIE............

slackware installation is text-based, but very easy... check-out this link:

slackware doesn't come with any pretty gui configuration tools like mandrake and redhat do, but it's text-based configuration methodology is designed to be simple and in-your-face...

my only suggestion would be (if this is for a desktop pc and you have enough space) to do a FULL INSTALL...
