Installing Slackware 10.0 without bootable CD-ROM

I just installed Slackware 10.0 on a server, and I must say, it's a great distro!

I downloaded the ISO images (1 and 2) and burned them to 2 CD's and just booted the server from the CD.

Now I want to install Slackware 10.0 on a server that doesn't have a bootable CD-ROM (it does have a CD-ROM but the BIOS does not support booting from it). What should I do?

you can install it thru a LAN.....................

the linux doc project has a how-to on what you need to do..........

I figured it out... I just downloaded the bare.i boot-floppy and the two root-floppies, and then I chose the CD-ROM as the Slackware source in the installation.

You could have still booted off the CDROM even if it's not supported. The sbootmgr.dsk image allows for situations like yours. I've tried it on an ancient Pentium 80 laptop and it worked as advertised. The file is located in the /rootdisks folder of the first CD.
