Question Installing Slack 10 to scsi hdd

I have a computer running 2 IDE drives, a 10 (win 2k) and a 20 (music), two IDE cd-roms, and 3 Scsi hdd's. I want to install Slack 10 to one of the scsi drives, and was told that i would need to use a special kernel and settings to get it to work. Problem is, i don't know what kernel to use, or even how to use another kernel during the install.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

You need to read the docs in /kernels or /bootdisks and see which kernel is for your scsi controller. Then either boot with that, or boot with CD and during installation choose to install that kernel.

When you boot with the installation cd just press
to get the list of kernels, go with scsi.s or one of the other kernels depending of the scsi adapter you have, and that will do the trick
