Installation Error "Inode out of bounds"

I am a new user to linux, infact i just go the distros today. I have Slackware, and as I install, various packages start comming up with an FS error, and telling me that my inode is out of bounds. Ive formated the partition god knows how many times, and done everything i can to try and fix it with no avail.

I also had Win XP on my system, but the parition seems to have corrupted my windows partition, but it still detects windows for some odd reason.

Since there doesn't seem to be too much
work to be lost I'd suggest repartitioning the
box completely, and see what happens.
