that's kind of incoherent and redundant bob bob bob bob bob: your title says the install is not going well... but your content says "it actually installed properly" ...

When doing at-work posting or other limited-interface posting, in a browser that is lame, I find it best to compose the message in notepad (if you're at work you're in Windows, right?) or some other actual text editor and then paste it into your post via control-v. It's much more coherent.

Also, Slackware 15 does not exist. There is only current. I wish people would stop referring to current as 15. It isn't 15 until it's finalized (which it never will be, but that's a whole other topic) and Patrick actually puts the release announcement on his web site.

i installed
a n l k tcl x and d and othedr pieces
and i use fvwm , but it looks like xfce is coming for my desktop
