you can use the application Rufus to create a bootable USB drive from a Slackware ISO image on Windows. On an UEFI machine you will need to pick slackware64-14.1 as the 32bit images are for BIOS only.

Just try it rebooting with the USB stick inserted, but before make sure your BIOS is set up to boot off an USB device and that this boot entry is the first one in the BIOS' boot menu
